Tracking and analysis policy for ergopal.net

ergopal GmbH, Plönniesstraße 34, 23560 Lübeck, Germany, uses tracking and analysis tools on www.ergopal.net to analyze usage and optimize our offerings for warehouse customers, including global leaders in efficiency solutions.
Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. It collects data via cookies, such as:
- Visited pages
- Dwell time
- Origin of the access
- Anonymized IP address
- Purpose: Understanding user behavior to improve our website and services.
- Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), obtained via a cookie banner.
- Data processing: IP addresses are anonymized before storage ("anonymizeIP"). The data is processed on US servers; Google is bound to the GDPR by standard contractual clauses (SCC).
