Creative Commons Image Policy for ergopal.net

ergopal GmbH, Plönniesstraße 34, 23560 Lübeck, Germany, uses Creative Commons (CC) licensed images on www.ergopal.net to visually support content about pallet handling equipment for warehouses.

• Use: We use CC images in accordance with their license conditions (e.g. CC BY, CC BY-SA), which may require attribution or other conditions. Source information can be found in the imprint or under the respective images.
• Data protection aspects: If CC images contain metadata (e.g. EXIF data with location or author information), we remove this before publication in order to rule out data protection risks.
• Purpose: Provision of appealing, license-compliant visual content.
• Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in the design of an informative website.
• Storage duration: Images remain on the website as long as they are relevant; metadata is not stored.
